“Beach Stones” is a 28.25 x 28.25″ wood mosaic with a 16×16″ mirror. The “waves” are natural poplar with blue acrylic paint glazes; each wave is hand-sanded after painting, revealing a poplar edge. The “stones” are hand-shaped pieces of spalted maple, red cedar, white cedar, poplar.
